I am a deeply superficial person

I like the superficiality of things because it challenges me to scratch beneath the surface. Under that thin, superficial layer lies something appealing and seductive that conceals beauty and grace. I get motivated by looking at common things with an uncommon view. In my work I draw inspiration from seemingly contradictory fields like fashion, photography and digital art. I like radical ideas that make me think out of the box. I generally like to push myself out of my comfort zone and I take nothing for granted.
In 2014 I graduated from the Department of Architecture in Democritus University and in 2016 I obtained a Master of Architectural Design from the University of Thessaly. I was always intrigued by light so I decided to indulge in it. In 2016 I decided to attend a Master of Lighting Design and Multimedia in School of Applied Arts at the Hellenic Open University. Light has formed the perception of reality and space in my work. It has become a true passion. In September of 2017 I joined the studio Minas Kosmidis [Architecture in Concept]. Since then, I work in a cool environment that inspires me and makes me creative. After all, I would describe myself by quoting Andy Warhol,
«I am a deeply superficial person».
