«Think Beer» is a Greek beer hall located in a quiet neighborhood of Peristeri, in Athens and it hosts only products from Greek breweries.
This beer hall is developed in two levels and a properly designed open space. The beer products and their labels are the dominant features of the scenery. There has been given special attention to the materials used and their processing. Wood from pine trees is used either as vertical boards that separate the restaurant’s spaces, or as horizontal boards forming the bar, or even as boxes-shelves that present different kinds of Greek beer. In every case it’s been placed unrefined, almost in its natural form.
Metallic elements such as beams and columns, metallic nets holding the boxes-shelves and galvanized surfaces, combined with surfaces of apparent cement, form the hall’s character. The wooden floor, made of different sized floorboards, the furniture based on it, as well as the weathered lighting fixtures, complete the atmosphere of a space that is characterized for its industrial influences.
